  1. I just got off the phone with Adelphia and they said my measly 1.1Mbps was sufficient!!! Are they crazy??? I also just got a letter that furthered my saddness saying that they were increasing my speed from 3 Mbps to 4Mbps! I can only dream of having at least 3Mbps.. How do I correct this problem? There are 5 T.V.'s in the house, but I'm not sure if thats slowing it down. Would having a direct cable line from the modem to the block help? Heres my speed test: [shadow=red, left]Connection is:: 1140 Kbps about 1.1 Mbps (tested with 1496 kB) Download Speed is:: 139 kB/s Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net/ Test Time:: Mon Apr 04 2005 11:57:51 GMT-0700 (Pacific Standard Time) Bottom Line:: 20X faster than 56K 1MB download in 7.37 sec Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 40.35 % of your hosts average (adelphia.net) Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/stats/id-ECU3L96D4 [/shadow] Also heres my pathping test. it doesnt seem right with the % loss but i dont know how to fix it: [shadow=red, left]Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600] © Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.
