you can try to search isohunt for good dvd converters, i you can find one try it, and if u like it buy a geniune program ^^,

maybe the problem is in your internet connection.. it also happens to me too when the connection slows down while updating, the update freezes and then the error comes out. try doing it some other time, make it manual for the meantime. ^^,
