Gave a phone call to comcast today. I was pinging to www.comcast.net getting 42ms dropped down to 36ms after i had a little talk with them. All they said to me was to del my coookies and temp files. (I did this before hand) Then they told me to disable my antivirus (later on i did this enabled pinging and no difference.) The real thing was when i was downloading off a chicago server was it came from 3.0mbit to 3.5mbit. Some improvent was made. There answer was there was too many people were on. My answer was thats a bunch of bullcrap? They answered you should be getting around 4-6mbit. I ran another test and my results are below par from testing and downloading off high speed chicago servers which i am nearby. Here are my results. :::.. I've had it for two months. Anyways when i first got it i complained to them about my upload. The next day it was raised up! I believe i will go give them a little talk.

I have 6000/768 Not to hapy with my download speeds. I did the tests suggested in this thread. I believe my download has been way to low. Guess ill run another test later. :::..
