    using download test, MY computer dsl speed is at 400 kbps while my sis's computer on the same router is goign at 1600 kbps, and my computer is newer then hers, anyone know whats wrong? Also im paying for a line taht suppose to give me 3000kbps down, but i doobt tehres something wrong with them its probably just my computer. thx.
