okay thanks yeah sorry for the double post i didnt know where i should put it, and okay i did the test on this site and it came back with the %'s i posted ill get the speeds tho in the next post (on my laptop now) but my router is a Linksys WRT54G2, ive tryed bypassing it with dmz and still the same results also, im gonna try no router at all next see if thats different <SNIP> ^theres a test off another site just for an idea and thats about average numbers i get. Edit out advertising link, that site has also been banned for spamming.
