sir my problem is this.. i cant find any address on my canopy.. i mean even if i change the ip and subnet mask... when i type arp -a only 1 address come out..please help

sir the guide above dont work to me anymore.. i change the ip address.. and all that is needed.. but when i typed in CMD arp -a.. only 1 thing was display sir.. the 192.168.1.1

sir my speed is just normal.. i can only download 70 - 90 kbps sir.. i dont do anything because i cannot open canopy... please help me sir
