I would say Comcast because it is such a low speed when the lowest speed anyone has is 4000/384 and yours isnt anywhere near that

What should I tweak with?

I connected the cable straight to the wall instead of having it on a splitter for a tv and the modem and now look at my D/L Speed!!! :::.. Im only getting 120kbps for DL and 43 for UL. I could see these speeds for DSL but not for Comcast when I have th basic 3000/256 or the 4000/384.
