So my situation is this.. My condominium is under a bulk agreement with an ISP. In the contract they are supposed to provide a minimum of 10 Mb/s. Among other things, they also are required to monitor our speeds and increase bandwidth to meet this requirement. The past few months August - December, the internet was horrible during peak times. Due to a lot of complaining they attempted to improve it. Among other things, we want to gather evidence that our ISP isn't living up to the contract. I thought this was a great website because I can montior speeds every half hour. Speedtest.net does not have a way to automate tests. However Speedtest.net tells me drastically different information. How can I tell what is accurate? Unlike people that just want to see a nice big number and are hoping for one, I want to see the most realistic number possible.
