Tell me about it...
Though i've heard by the end of september comcast will be upgrading it's GOLD TIER members to 14mbs/4mbs.
For no cost at all.. which i'm a tad excited about..
It's just upsetting having to wait till 1-2am to enjoy my cable. and having to pay $65monthly for crap!@

Yeah, i've done scans with spybot, microsoft anti-spy, ad-ware, did virus scans.
i've done a hard reset on my router and modem.
See it isn't even my upstream that gets me frustrated with comcast.
it's my downstream thats constantly really pathetic..
