Im experiencing slow speed. I switched hosts from semo.net to windstream.net, yet the original host name still shows on the speed test results list. BTW, Windstream has maintained for several days that they have a "slow speed" reported in my area and "would let me know" when it is located and fixed. Should I be satisfied with this kind of response? My speed results have been around 13 kBs for a couple of weeks.
