Phone call with tech/ customer support. yesterday i phoned tech support about the speed issue and was told that the minium is 150 kbs down connection rate. Today I called customer support to seek a credit and was told that the minium is now set at 100 kbs down. I called just for kicks to sales and they are still quoting up to 500 kbs. Starband is dead in my book.
