Neither "admin" or "root" and my mac address in caps and lower case get me into the internal web config. Thanks but I guess I'm out of luck. Would have been interesting to check out, but especially to monitor my whole household usage.

I just registered here after testing my ISP speed. I noticed in the speed results that my host is identified as "unknown". Is the host referring to my ISP? Can I change unknown to my actual ISP? Thanks

Thanks, Veritable. I am a new XplorNET subscriber using the new NLOS service in Ontario. The subscriber module installed on my roof prompts me for a username and password and I have tried "root" and the mac address but the xplornet page just refreshes and clears the username and password field as though I have entered the wrong information. Is there a particular syntax to use for the mac address or have the login requirements changed for these SMs? My model is 4M-CPE3000-PRO-1D. Thanks for any help from you or anyone else that can contribute.
