Yikes,

That is not good, but maybe it's because of Dway's proxying service. I did find out though that the dway6000 is a 500/120 kbps service. now based on your current latency Let's try this file:

Once I download Cablenut do I just open that file in it?  I'm going to have to get off the computer shortly.  I'll download the program & if you could tell me what to do after that; I'll check the board & follow your instructions to give it a try.  Thanks for all your help.

Yeah, just open the cablenut adjuster, then open the .ccs file.  Click to save the settings to your registry and reboot.  Settings are now applied.
