Watercooling

I'm soon going to be getting either a opteron 148 or athlon 3700, they are both very similar. Because I'm probably going to try some overclocking with my new processor I decided watercooling would be the way to, quiet, efficient, and good for overclocking. My question is am I better off going with a pre configured kit, like the aquastar as-3000 or buying the parts to make one from danger den or crazy pc?

From what I have read..  It is better for someone who has no idea what they are doing, not that you dont but you have not installed watercooling before, to go with at kit system.

check that page out.. they have a bunch of video reviews of kits that are made for beginners..
