I have to use a speedtest to notice if something is wrong, i mean if i only download at 10 Mbps from a server thats 10% of my advertised speed, i dont start calling my ISP and complain. Congestion, and servers throttle speed is not uncommon. Aslong as my ISP speedtest shows 100Mbps then i know its a problem that cannot be fixed by them.
