It had about a 1/2 of blank screen on the left side. Returning it for replacement was a breeze. Returning instruction were easy to follow and complete. The new monitor arrived promptly. Overall a good experience shopping at TirgerDirect. The monitor did have a rebate. DCL was late in sending it but it did arrive about 2 weeks late. Dirk Posted January 29, 2006 CID Share Posted January 29, 2006 I'm not entirely sure of LG electronics is an "Off Brand" but the one i have here is good. (lower priced means about 350 euros) The first one i got was not that good on color and had some dead pixels, and i could switch it for a new one for free.
