Hrmm, here are some thing I'd do differently:

CPU:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819104245

CPU will do at least 2.2GHZ, most likely 2.4-2.6GHz.  It'll definitely outperform any Celeron and also has 64bit support.

Motherboard:

http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813136162

Great overclocking options and and very stable.

Video card:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102620

Great card for the price, almost equal to an X800XL's performance.

RAM:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231036

Good price and good quality.

Power Supply:

http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16817189003

Awesome PSU.  32A on the 12v rail which is what really counts, as all HDDs, CD Drives, video cards and fans use the 12v rail.

Case:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811119068

This is an awesome case.  I just built a computer and it's easily the best case I've used.  All the drives go in without screws and the side intake can be replaced with a fan for better cooling.

You don't need to get a case this good, but you'll be happy you did.  Any Cooler Master cases are awesome, and I highly recommend them.

Floppy Drive:

http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16821103203

FDDs are still good to have, I'd suggest getting one.

HDD:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822148105

SATA interface and Seagate's well known quality.  Seagate is easily the best HDD maker I've used.

I hope you'll consider most of these recommendations.  Sure, some of them cost more but they'll perform a lot better and last a lot longer, in terms of speed, than what you had picked out,

i2d | ScruFFy | go with the Celeron D it is faster then the sempron in most tests, and the ones that it is not faster in it only looses by a few points.

and if you can spend a little more get the celeron D 351 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819116225 it is much faster then the one your locking at, and the sempron that Planatoid posted can't touch that processor. in any app. + it has 64bit now

other wise all that stuff you got will work, and it will be very fast.
