Modem and router are the 2 boxes that connects the telephone signal line from the wall to your computer. Make sure they are not near each other and also not near any sound speakers and subwoofer. Your speed to singnet.com is only 12 milli seconds and back. See the difference? So speed in Singapore will be faster than overseas. Enjoy yourself.
