Troger had juz tweak my connection wif cablenuts but now eveything go bac to the original  stat. I think i need help again.

Download speed also depends on traffic on the internet. I believe Singapore has heavy internet traffic especially during evenings 7-11pm.

Here is a link where you can check the traffic conditions for Singapore and Asia. The smaller the number, the busier is the traffic:

Your advertised speed is 512/256 Kbps.

The previous ccs file is better. Make sure your modem is not near to other electrical equipment, like sound speakers, phone set, TV, etc.

Traffic now is heavy, especially from Singapore to the US. This is because part of internet traffic from Thailand and Malaysia are also using the same gateway to the Pacific area.
