SpeedChaser Posted March 3, 2006 CID Share Posted March 3, 2006 Para Usuarios de ONE LINK en Puerto Rico Pensaba que estaba solo en este problema pero ya veo que son muchos con la misma situacion. Desde que cambiaron a onelinkpr esto es horrible. La velocidad promedio ha ido bajando hasta llegar ahora 2 MPS .Anteriormente teniamos 2.8 hasta 3.5 a cualquier hora y ademas no estaban limitando el bandwidth en LimeWire y otros P2P-File Sharing Programs. Por que ahora que limitan estos programas tenemos un peor servicio y una baja velocidad. Es totalmente ilogico. Estan castigando a sus propios clientes, porque si estamos pagando $35 mens y hasta $50+ es para poder utilizar todos estos programas de file sharing y bajar lo queremos a cualquier hora con una buena velocidad. Todavia recuerdo aquellos dias que bajaba multiples archivos en LimeWire rapidamente. La mayoria estamos pagando este servicio para bajar archivos en LimeWire,etc. Si fuera para ver paginas y revisar e-mails con dial up es suficiente. Si estas sufriendo de este mismo problema ya sabes que es ONE LINK que esta limitando tu servicio. El personal tecnico esta actuando a la defensiva para proteger a su patrono y sin ningun tacto hacia los clientes. Realmente parecen robots contestando. El ultimo que me atendio me dijo que si tuvieran realmente problemas los 23,000 subscriptores estarian llamando. Esto significa no solamente que el individuo es bestia sino que tenemos que inundarlos de llamadas,e-mails y reclamaciones. Entonces se atreven a ofrecer un supuesto servicio 78 veces mas rapido que dial-up. Por favor. Cuando llamas te dicen que tener 1 meg es normal. Si el servicio estaba bien por que destruirlo de esta manera. Realmente tenemos otra alternativa. Estare copiando y enviando los mensajes al respecto a ONE LINK. Por favor es importante que continuen llamando y enviando e-mails todos los dias. Tambien escribir cartas tiene un mejor efecto.Despues de todo estamos pagando por este servicio y no dejaremos de protestar hasta que pongan las cosas en su lugar. Esta empresa que compro a adelphia se cree que va a aplastarnos como gusanos. Tenemos que demostrar quienes somos. Because they now limit these programs, our speeds have dropped, its totally illogic. They are punish their own clients, we are paying 35-50 bucks to be able to use filesharing programs at any hour with good speeds. I remember everyday when I used to download multiple files in Limewire quickly. We are paying for this service to download files from LimeWire etc. If I wanted to receive and send emails diaup would be sufficient. If you are suffering from this same problem you allready know that one link is limiting the service. Something about protecting the owner and not doing anything for the clients and how he called the tech Adan that either 23,000 people have called or need to and flood them with emails, calls etc. Then they dare to offer a service 78 times faster than dial-up. Please, something about calling and 1 meg is normal. Really we have another alternative. I was copying and sending the messages with respect to ONE LINK. Please, its important to keep calling and sending emails, also write letters which might have a better effect. After all we re paying for this service and won't stop protesting until they put things in their place/fix it. Worms and business? We have to show who we are. Si alguien puede crear algun foro en espanol podriamos hacerle llegar diariamente los resultados a ONE LINK. lo que pasa es que hace como 3 o 4 semanas bajaron la velocidad a 3Mbps...la velocidad nunca habia estado asi, la utlima vez estaba para todos a 3.8Mbps 384up ...cuando me bajaron las velocidad verifique mi modem y ahora esta en 3Mbps x 384up ...yup yo imagine que cuando adelphia cayera en las manos de otra compania esto iba a suceder. cuando eramos adelphia llegamos a tener 4.8mpps y 484kpbs ...pero ahi fue que compro craplink y al ver el problema de bandwidth que tenian en el CORE , bajaron las velocidades a 3.8 y hace tres semanas a 3Mbps... yo tengo el servicio desde el primer dia q empezo adelphia..y entrando a la config del modem siempre veo la velocidad que tiene... estamos jodidos , puerto rico lo hace peor...en EU 5 o 6 Mbps por $25 ...pasaran muchos anos antes que veamos eso y si sigue craplink como va tendremos 1Mbps... oye y no mencionastes los packetloss de por las noches... todo lo que veo es ping ping time out time out time out ping time out lo peor del caso es que xbox live con el 360 no puedo nunca hostear mas de 3 personas pq la mierda de upload no aguanta Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
