My ISP blocks ping & tracert so I can't use them for tests. The Round Trip Time (RTT) in the NDT test is faster with a smaller RWIN(all other settings being the same) but the testmy DL test is slower.I'm posting the results (just a small part of the NDT). I have done this several times & it consistently does this. Anyone able to explain this? RWIN 5840 Web100 reports the Round trip time = 508.95 msec; the Packet size = 1460 Bytes; and No packet loss was observed. :::..
