i keep getting this message, how do i turn it off?

Click on Start/All Programs/Control Panel.

Once open, double click Internet Options.

Inside Internet Options, click the Security tab, select Internet directly below that tab, and click Custom Level at the bottom.

Once inside, copy the selections from the Part_8.jpg attached photo.

After you're finished, click Apply and OK your way back to the desktop.

Although it may not be necessary, I'd reboot and start fresh (if you don't have any serious activities going on).

I run all my settings on default, without problems.
