I have Alltel Dsl with 1.5mb download and 384 up. I am running Windows XP Home, Norton Antivirus, Spybot, and Adaware. I keep a clean running system and have tried TCP Optimizer and cablenut. I seem to get around the same speed with every setting I try. What can I do different or do the results look ok? Thanks for your help ahead of time. :::..
