the uploadtest is hosted on testmy.net main server

even tho it says Vaggo as mirror

"vaggo.servehttp.com has been chosen automatically for you.

NOTE: If you have slow internet or don't have broadband, testing with the larger files will only waste your time. SmarTest is normally the best choice for testing.

DjVaGGo

you could be the 1st dedicated speed test for dial up users only

why dont we sugest that to Ca3LE

Is that a good thing lmao...because I dont have to worry about caps or whatever, and its always on...so sounds good but sad at the same time :haha:

Actually I am pretty sure he is using the actual remote upload test, almost all of the new mirrors are using the remote upload, I may be mistaken about his mirror though, there was 1 person that opted not to use the remote upload.. I'm too lazy to look right now :-P ...  Van if you want a remote upload test for your mirrors read the post at http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-12437 -- and hit me back :)

DjVaGGo, if you are hosting that off your home connection I should really take that off the mirror list... your only going to slow down your personal connection and almost nobody will get accurate results... PM me if you want me to remove your mirror from the list (the mirror will stay up.. it just won't be on the list)

you shouldn't have to.. I rewrote the tiny forward script in php -- can you run php scripts on your server? -- upload it and open it up in a browser, if you see red text that means it's working :)
