Oh my...that is really bad....I would be on the phone to them right away....

yeah.. and make sure you request a refund/compensation for the time that you have been down.. also run a few tracert so that you can give them some helpful info.. Look for high ping times on their equipment.. before it hits the backbone!

Well I found out that my good ol linkys crapped out on me. I got around the advertised when hooked up directly to the modem. So now I have some questions. Do you think I should go to a wireless router or stick with wired? Also, I did some research and found that http://www.newegg.com/Product/CustRatingReview.asp?Item=N82E16833124190

is one of the better ones. Do you reccomend another router, or is that a good one?

Also, I am not very knowledgable when it comes to networking.. What do I need to get this hooked up to my computers?
