My Internet service provider is Service Electric my cable T.V company they arent big. i had Verizon DSL so and it was poo. i was to far away form the Central office and i wasnt suppose to be able to get it but they messed up my top speeds with them was 250kb a sec . and i think i was suppose to get around 800-1500 kbs. so i was paying full price 34.99 a month for 250kb not a good deal i liek cable b etter but i will test my upload speed Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think i know why, i recommended one dude to reformat hes pc when he couldnt get rid of hes tweaks, but it was not that problem, he was using DW 6000 and the tcp analyzer dosent read hes registry settings, it only read the NOC pc registry.
