Does this look like a bad graphics card to you?

It looks like a bad monitor to me. My monitor did the same thing before it finally went out. It did last a while after it started going bad though.

Well I usng my monitor to do this. It works fine with my Hp, but not this Dell. So is it the graphics card or monitor?

My Dell's Video when bad. It did weird thing like that and a few other things. Just when to Wal-Mart and bought a new one and everything is all right. I did think it was a bad monitor . But I pluged another one in and it did the same thing.

its bad drivers. ive seen that before. the drivers are conflicting with somethng else in there.

and everyone who said its the monitor, it can't be, because when you take a screen shot, its taken way before the acutally image leaves the videocard for the monitor.
