resopalrabotnick Posted May 3, 2006 CID Share Posted May 3, 2006 their ideas are probably the same as the ones the power companies had in implementations all over the world. make some money and who cares if we jam a broad spectrum. in the pdf is a comment on the power companies requesting a lowered standard of emissions from them compared to other services. basically the comment is: and if we lower it for them then what about the others? they will want special treatment too?
