Should ca3le forward the ip-addy and time of posting of someone that is asking about illegal matters to the fbi as a matter of course, without any warning?

Depends on the nature of the illegality! If someone is looking for kiddy-porn,or is ripping off people--tell the FBI

If it's a minor hack,I personally would let it go,not then I have no responsibility.

If someone were to post kiddy-porn ... they would be fucked.. haha, their IP and any other information I could extract would be on an officers desk in minutes :-P -- hacks, well depending on the severity.. I will sometimes warn (not tell cops), always ban and if it's repeated or really bad... I submit it to FBI's website that has an online form you can fill out to report hackers, the times I've had to use this........ well, let's just say that the hacking attempts stopped :-D  ---

actually, I get hacking attempts just about every day... but I run allot of my important services on non-standard ports and my passwords are too hard to brute force (they always try to brute-force ... tards)... they can keep knockin' but they can't get in.  :evil6: MU-HAHAHA  :haha: :haha:

botnick's serious, I remember back in the day, he had me on the FBI's most unwanted list for daze!!

{botnick, has the Bureau accepted your app. yet? or do you still need a few more unsolicited referrals}  j/k

I think CA3LE has everything under control.

we just bring the little buggers into the 'Situation Room' and <img src="http://imagehouze.com/uploader/files/126/brutal_42.gif" alt="brutal_42.gif" />
