Seems like you do FAR better on larger files than smaller files. You may want to try looking at this guide ( https://testmy.net/forum/index.php?topic=1013.0 ) if you already haven't, also talk to Van. We all might be able to get you some more consistant speeds. I sell 56k internet service with accelerator which works with phone,dsl and satelite.
