**Given:**

Reduction of shirt by 25%

Increment of selling by 20%

**Calculation:**

Let the initial cost of shirt = 100

Final cost = 75.

Let the initial quantity of shirt = 100

Final quantity = 120

Revenue = cost per piece × no. of piece

⇒ 100 × 100 : 75 × 120

⇒ 10000 : 9000

⇒ Reduction of 1000 on 10000

⇒ (1000/10000) × 100

⇒ 10% Reduction.

**∴ Option A is correct.**
