Trouble With Rwin

I can't figure out wat Rwin to use, j79zlr's website says use 768000, dslreports tweak test says 65535, and then CableNut settings for my speed say 388000 and its driving me crazy trying to figure it out, I have Comcast and its the 6000/768 but comcast says i have dl speed of 6600 so i don't know what to say, i was wondering if anyone can help me out.

This is what i tested before Tweaks.

Download Connection is:: 5987 Kbps about 5.99 Mbps (tested with 5983 kB)

Download Speed is:: 731 kB/s

Tested From:: https://testmy.net/ (Server 1)

Test Time:: 2006/06/21 - 6:18pm

Bottom Line:: 104X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 1.4 sec

Tested from a 5983 kB file and took 8.187 secondsto complete

Download Diagnosis:: Looks Great : 16.3 % faster than the average for host (comcast.net)

Tested from a 12160 kB file and took 15.797 seconds to complete
