Best Beginners Guide to Windows

My mom wants to learn how to use a computer, and I was wondering if anyone knows what would be the best bet. I'd prefer a program that walks through it, but if there is a great book or something I'll look into that too. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I am a huge fan of wiley's bible series..  I have their suse and php/mysql books..

I would highly recommend this one..

I cut my teeth on that one, so to speak. I used the online 30 days back then. It is 14 days now. But you need free time to do it. I being self employed used it quite a bit. Like 8 hours a day. In fact I want to order the Microsoft Works C.D. I found it usefull. And it has some things I need to do things for the kids. I think it does cost though. But much cheaper than buying the C.D.s you may not want to have collecting dust. And make sure and cancel after your 14 days. They can be tricky. But at least she can decide if they are some that she would find useful later on.
