Gib4500 Posted July 16, 2006 CID Share Posted July 16, 2006 I had that package a while back and that's about what i got. I have since upgraded to pro. It is because of overhead that you see speeds less than your sync rate. Those speeds are actually normal speeds for express package. AT&T doesn't account for overhead.
