FiberOptic

Recommended Posts

Well only on thursday i joined Telewest Cable / Blueyonder and even though their service is more reliable its not really as fast as it says im sure it will take some tweaking but this cableut app to me is confusing and i dont know what setting to change.

I am on a 10mb D/L  520 U/L

I am connected to the modem directly via ethernet the modem is hokked to the net via a standard coxial cable.

The theoretical network limit is 2.05 Mbps

The NDT server has a 8192.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 356.95 Mbps

Your PC/Workstation has a 146.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 6.39 Mbps

The network based flow control limits the throughput to 6.46 Mbps
