It was reguarly getting around 350 right after I installed in but now its back down to 180s. I have Bellsouth Ultra 1.5. The diagnostics might not all be right but i know for sure that the download was 397. I just figured the rest out. :::.. Try cleaning out your temporary files. Tools at the top of your browser*Internet Options*Delete files including Offline Content*OK*OK*test. Or don't hit your back button to retest.
