If you are doing this badly on TMN (which I get better speeds on here) it will show up for them to seriously take a look at. I very seriously think they will let you out. They live to get us on the 15 month contract. So go from there. And instead of e-mailing them just use the phone. It is easier for me anyway. The best freak speed has only been a little over 5 mbps. (cox.net) is in another thread. Not that we mind the comany, you just have to post your speeds in the cox threads. AND now you got slower started, and we all know it does not take much to get him started. He is one those wriled up satelite users.
