I have to do a project for web design and part of the project is to ask people these questions.

A.  Do you ever get busy peak signals during peak hours?

B. How satisfied are you with the speed of your connection?

C.Was the software or connection easy to install and set up?

D.  Have you had to contact tech support or billing?  Did u contact them by telephone or e-mail?  was ur problem ansered promptly and solved to ur satasfaction?

E.  have u had any billing troubles?  How much effort did it take for them to be resolved?

F.  With wat aspects of ur isp are you most satified?  Most dissatified?

ok i'll try to help. i'll answer all the posted questions

A. no i dont get busy peak signals during peak hours

B. im 100% satisfied (i get over advertised)

C. yes very easy to set up

D. i have had to contact tech support. it was solved in about 10-15 minutes

E. only one billing trouble but was fixed next day.

F. aspects im satisfied with = fast speeds good tech support.. dissatisfied with = nothing i can think of

My answers for a Verizon DSL connection:

A: No

B: Very satisfied w/ 3.0/768 speed, its always consistent at 2.92 Mbps

C: So-So

D: Yes, by phone...I had to pull some strings, but eventually I was satisfied.

E: No billing troubles whatsoever.

F: Satisfied: Consistent Up/down speed, low latency, consistent connection

Dissatisfied:  Tech support is rudimentary and slow

A.  In a matter of speaking... (it's not called a busy signal)

B. not at all

C. required pro install so I guess it was

D.  Yes, both, no

E.  not yet

F.  most satisfied?  really nothing. dissatisfied? everything lol... mostly upload speed
