I don't know how, but I've had tests that were 'partially cached' before, like right when I started the test it would already be at like 10% finished.  I didn't even have to use the back or refresh button, it just automatically happened with IE 7.  If you're using IE 7 try testing with IE 6 or FF.  It is possible, though, that they over capped you or bumped you up to the 3/384 package whether by accident or on purpose.

Actually on my tests, I have never had one start at 0. But the test has started already I think, because it is moving when I get there. Maybe it is the burst of satelite. Or maybe I just do not get to see the starting gate.

Others post on something I have just posted on,sometimes before I even get to the screen.

So probably the same thing.  ;)
