I'll be working on this new version on the side, apparently it works great on my 12Mbps/1mbps home computer and works great on my 400Kbps/60Kbps cell phone but is having problems with speeds between that. I installed a program called netlimiter which lets me set my speed to whatever I want (so I can simulate a 384Kbps line for instance) and I got the same problem as you. Really weird. But as I said, I restored the scripts back to the stable versions for now and will work on the new versions untill they're ready for release. Thanks for letting me know of this problem.
