bkkslurpee Posted November 7, 2006 CID Share Posted November 7, 2006 i had basic dsl from sbc dsl that topped out at 1.5 Mbps and now i have sbc yahoo elite that tops out at 6 Kbps and ive been averaging beteween 2.75 Mbps and as high as 5.5 Mbps per second but when i try a large file download test it stops and thats the only thing that jams up any ideas? when i take the mutli easy test that goes from small file to big one i stop on the 3rd one at 73% what gives? OK, I never use the smart test. Just click on the "Largest - 2992 kB ". That should do it. You are filling up your cache while you are testing with the smart test. Just try that and see.
