If anybody knows , please let me know, thx My best answer would be I have everything disabled in start up (msconfig), except my AVG anti-spyware and anti-virus, and Windows defender. All that means is that everything else will not be running in the background. But it will start immediately up when prompted. Never did know why the other stuff thinks it needs to be on all the time. So shut off everything except known AV I would say. It makes things much faster on mine. Especially start up time. Especially shut down "Quick time", is was the worst on mine for time loss.
