That is actually better ghostmaster. You were only pulling 1625 on the 12 meg test last night. You are very lucky. Mine did that about a year ago, but it does not do it anymore.  I miss those super speeds. I wonder if you will eventually be able to beat my 5Mspeed test score record.  :grin2: Best wishes.

Price increase is almost a guarantee unless verizon starts expanding DSL into the sticks.

Hey, one can only hope.  :azn:

Cable ISP's sure don't give a crap.  :tickedoff:

Actually DSL is on it way. slowly. Definately not fast enough though.  :coffee:

Will it cost more than you are paying now?

They like charging for the equipment and getting another 15 month contract. Usually the same monthly. Or outright $400 for the last upgrade.

Only if they had their way. It is really a monopoly till someone else gets out here. And the states are giving them a fit on some of the rules.

I guess I could always go T-1 (right again, just for surfing. $400 a month)

I would love the $24.95 6.0 DSL. No, I have the $59.95 for 500/50.

But like I said, all in its time.  :wink2:
