@overboost i've already tweaked the sustained down/uplink data look at the pic below...by default it is set to 3500 both, i just tried to change the value of downlink to 6000 and uplink 1000 because it says it says 7000 is the maximum total rate. anyways nothing happened to my connection it's still slow i can only maximize my connection around 1am - 8am

What all do you have running in the background at the same time?

Alt+Ctrl+Delete then click the applications tab. You might have too much running right now.

Or have you read this?

i see...you're not that far from taytay, i've called smart's costumer support and they said that they won't be making any hardware upgrade, they said that they only upgrade the old antenna, i think it's senfar and make it into a canopy antenna so they don't need to upgrade mine, maybe i can upgrade the firmware? what do you think guys? anyways they said that my connection is slow and they will make a report and call me back within 24 hours...i'll just wait and see what will happen.
