How to block a port..

just dont forward it... As long as the machine is not in the dmz it is protected due to NAT.

The other think that you could do it prevent the router from even allowing any traffic over that port by using access restrictions.  You are going to have to define a new service in the access restrictions panel.  I am not sure if you are going to have to define computer to have the restrictions applied to or if it would apply them to all computer on the network.

For those of you who are wondering what I am talking about...  He is running DD-WRT on a Linksys WRT54G.
