WOWOOWOWOWOWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called and the guy was very helpfull. My speed is now...Take a look, this is with the tweak!

brilliant news @turk!

However.. Maybe the ISP is doing this to alot of the customers and only the smart ones who pick it up get it removed?

they would be in alot of trouble if they were doing this to alot of customers. I think he was just getting the wrong profile, one for a lower speed.
