ey Posted November 26, 2007 CID Share Posted November 26, 2007 hi i need help with my smartbro's lack of speed. i haven't tried reporting it to smartbro coz i heard it's useless. been a subscriber for more than a month now. dl speed after installation was 100+kbps. when i did 20 steps it got up to 200+kbps. then after that it's down to 9-30kbps!imagine that! even slower than dial up! sometimes i get lucky it goes up to 90-100kbps. but that's max dl speed already. i tried 20steps again just a few minutes ago then 30 went up to 100+. i tried d first 2smartproxies but they only slowed down d connection again to 15-20kbps. removed d proxies and did 20steps again and speed's back to 90-100kbps. how do i make it faster than this? cant try d canopy tweak coz i cant access d page. suggestions please...
