They replied me,"You have entered an invalid number or partial credit card or debit card number. Please check your entry and try again." I have also some money in debit card. Then what is it?? Have you entered the complete number and correctly? You may need to use the debit card for a deposit to be made. As I remember for verification I had to list my checking account number and Paypal made 2 very small deposits into it and I had to report the size of the deposits back to Paypal.
