you will find answers to so many questions regarding smartbro customer care here

http://www.testmy.net/t-20571

Someone from SmartBro called me on my cellphone but I failed to answer it. However, they texted me that someone will be arriving at our home tomorrow to fix my connection. I hope that once they're done rehoming my connection, I'll have a faster and stable connection.  :-|

none i think so. its smartbro who will pay their contractors to do that for you.

@ FB, where have you been? hottestarcher is almost 6,000 feet far from his base station so he wanted a re homing. as posted he is scheduled a field visit today.

They charged me 450 because according to them they need to add height to my connection. So they added another "tubo" but still my connection is slow. It's as if nothing happened. They didn't change the basestation where I was getting my signal from. :(

i think the charge was for the pole. they extended that hoping to compensate for your far distance from the base station, and a better line of sight between your antenna and the access point.

did they not change anything in your canopy configuration? please post your AP Eval page now so we can see the difference after the pole extension.

hey guys,

am i using the right color code? the contractors originaly used 227, but is switched to 226. the jitter of 226 at my ap eval is usually 1, but at the home page of my canopy, it is not consistent.

heres my ap eval:

@ kerby

dude, so far, you have the nicest set of APs i've ever seen ('cept for index 2). i think you don't need any tweaks at all. have you tried all colorcodes? mine, the best is: jitter1, RSSI:850+, usercount:60+ average. :?

peace :cool2:

so far i've only tried 2 of them. index 3 and index 0. i tried the index 3 because that was the code that was originaly given by the contractors and then i just changed it to index 0.

is that 1Mbps speed consistent? no tweaks? wow.
