I have heard from news links  that it can cause the consumers to receive for 1 extra  hour of peak minutes on this sunday if the problem is not corrected on the provider's system. Meaning like Monday Morning    Nights minutes ends at either 6 or 7 am    and becomes peak minutes        the real time  is 7:01am  and that is peak minutes        but the system is showing 6:01am  which is off-peak minutes      but at night        when its 7 pm nights  start up    and are free        but the system says  6 pm  which means  you have to pay for the minutes that happen during that hour of 6-7 pm
